November Financial Meeting 

Bids passed around and will discuss later. 
Bank accounts will be dealt with when we know new seneschal and coronets. Becuase there is a fucking process to get that done. 

Polling will happen in May and results at end of June. 

Old Coronets: Do we want to retire, repair and excelencies hold on t, or repair and hold on to with exchequer. 

Motion to Repair and stay with Coronets. Motion seconded and passed 

Retired Regalia: Looking into getitng a box to put them in. Excheker wants a donated box. 
We have posessions of Rath an Oir, Staves, etc. Material should be in Baronial Storage Unit. 
Possessions in home: 

Embers Bid: One bid, Unanimous acceptance 
Autumn War: One bid, Unanimous Acceptance 
Lord Defender: Two Bids, 3 Day at Weir Rach, 1 Day at Swiss in Bonney Lake. 
3 Day Bid: No votes
1 Day Bid: Unanimous Acceptance 
Harvest Feast: Unanimous Acceptance 

That is all the bids. Only event that is needed bids on is Newcomers.
