September Business Meeting 
7:00 - Meeting called to order with greetings and small talk. 
7:01 - Meeting stalled while the Seneschal is shown how to set up online meetings via Teams. 
Exchequer goes over funds during this time. 
7:04 - Herald is not here. But sent a report to Seneschal 
Rapier Marshal - needs to do a few reports for current events and fight practice is switching to Sundays at Sheridan Elementary at 11:30. 
7:05 - Archery, Not here. 
Chronicler - Posting blatherings by Tuesday or Monday of the coming week. 
7:06 Web - Not here. 
A+S - Classes at Autmn war, thanks runners. Thanks Event stewards for running Lord Defender. harvest Fast is getting classes set up by deputy, and asks for them to take over while she is in Mexico in October. Culinary and Sewing has been happening. 
7:07 - Chatelaine, not here. 
Gold Key - Present. Has recived donations since Autumn War but things are the same. 
7:08 - Scribe gave a report on the state of the of supplies and goals of the position. 
7:17 - Chamberlaine. Trailer was a disaster after Lord Defender. Did some basic organizing. Would like on a nice weekend to go to a property, pull everything out and put it back in. Won't be in town for Harvest Feast. Let him know what we need beforehand. 
7:20 - Family activities, emailing in report. 
Sergeant Major - Possibly on mute .... Mic isn't working. Was informed by her Excellency to do her report by interperative Dance. Turns out she has nothing to report anywho.
7:21 - Past Events. Starting with Autumn War. Went well, only a few incidients with happy endings. Good turnout enough we made money. Merchants made good reports. All is well. 
7:22 - Lord Defender. Everything went well, and we made indeed a profit. 
7:23 - Future events, Harvest Feast. Anita. Menu is almost finalized. Making Traditional Food Drive. A Toy Drive. Non Perishable Food for food drive. Desert auction is for the Maui Relief Effort. Her Excellency is offering a contest a subtley contest. Is it cake? Is it Real? Who knows! That's the fun part of it :P If disabled please reah out to make sure you have accomadations. 
7:27 - 12th Night. Arontius. Hotel sold out in less than 5 hours. We get reports on if hotels rooms open up. Looking into additional rooms at Red Lion across the street. Next focus is on Scheduling. 10 members of the Board of Directors will be present. Space is being created for activities. Pre Reg is open. Market Place is almost full. Meeting online every 2 or 3 weeks. Sponsored by our Barony, so come help out! By Dec 1st is the deadline to have everythign planned out to make sure we have what we need etc. A+S displays and classes, the people who are running that need that information sooner rather than later. Tulia is working on classes and Grace is working on A+S. 
7:31 - Candalmas. Anita. Presented as joint event with Dragon's Laire. Italian Themed served buffet style. A+S classes etc will be present. Site Tokens have been donated. 
7:32 - Embers, Autumn War, and Harvest Feast for next year needs event stewards. We need to get Embers on Calander sooner rather than later. 
7:34 - New Evets. Autumn War. Agmundr. GM has shared a possible site. It is affordable with own Biffies. We wold have to pay for service. There are RV sites. There is another place they went, the Tenino Ranch. It is huge. It has a colassium. There is an indoor Arena. Good for court etc. Both has a show off. Enough room for a York Round for Archery. 120 RV spots with power and water. They have pump out available. There is an equestrian arena. Parking for 400 Cars. Wifi. has Garbage but we can suplement. 
7:44 - Discussion about Nix's Ranch and the pros and cons of that location vs new locations. 
7:55 - Bid and Vote to be done at next meeting.

His E. Need people to pick up events and run them. Plety of folks around to mentor.
