March 16th Business Meeting Blatha an Oir
7:00 : Meeting started. Sir Warren is leading meeting, as training to replace Sir Agmundr in the future. 
People are added to meeting. 
Her Excellency is running a few minutes late but will be here soon. 
7:01 : Exchequer, balance of X.XX. f there are check requests they can be reviewed as reports come up. Only Family activities has contacted her. We have learned that there are two Shannons. Waiting on chekc requests for Autumn War, but down payment isn't required until a week before the event. 
7:04 : Herald is called, but is not here or online, neither. 
7:05 : Heavy marshal, as delivered by Seneschal. Numbers holding at 5 t0 6, War season here. Make sure gear is up to par. 
7:06 : Freighthouse square site was brought up. Sounds like that site has dudded out due to site owner ghosting the Seneschal. 
7:06 : Rapier Marshal, not here. Archery Marshal. Every is great. Practices happening when there is no rain. Prepping for Embers, prepping both Line archery and Thrown. Info for tournament has been gifted to Autocrat. 
7:07 : Chronicler. Blatherings to be done soonish. Deadline for Polling is May 15th. 
7:09 : Webmisister. Again from Seneschal. Nothing to report. 
7:09 : A and S. Sewing night and culinary nicely attended. A and S event, Embers is talked to by Laurel Select. Still having people sign up for runnign classes. First Thorsday, asked about if classes could be given. 
7:10 Chateline. Nothing to report. Something that can be done is the Thorsday as mentioned above. Discussed and mentioned it doesn't have to be a big show, it can be something small and simple. 
7:13 : Scribe: Custom plls for embers is almost done. Tamsen is stepping up as Scribe when current steps down. 
7:13 : Hospitality. Not here. 
7:14 : Youth Armored Combat. No Officer at present. We need background checks and all the good stuff first. 
7:15 : Sergeantry. Meet and great on the 5th was held for new candidates. New format gone over. It was good. Sergeantry badges were supposedly being worked on But has been for the last 4 years. Soooooo 
7:16 : Future events. Embers is first. 20 Classes. (maybe 15?). Information for Tournaments have been gathered. Site will be walked next month. Asked if Class Schedule has been made. Final Schedule will be put out closer to deadline, around May 1st. 
7:20 : Chronicler ahs been made Discord contact person for the Barony. Much to his sadness :P 
7:21 : Embers is plannign to have Paypal set up soon. Planning to be one flat fee. INsurance for Embers asked about. Seneschal does not believe we need anything above the general liability that is given by the Society. 
7:22 : Autumn War. Insurance wise Site Owner wants name on the event paperwork. Biffies are ordered and Ready. Same as Garbage. Check needed by the end of July. Found a Take Down and Set up Person. A + S has been found. Talked to Site Owner, doesn't want to sign a contract, but after a long rant, it has been agreed upon. Facebook Page put up today. Kingdom Calendar set to go. Info will be added soon. 
7:24 : Lord of Defender. Things are set apace, and Facebook Page has been set to go. Event is now a day event. A Feast, an Auction, and good times by all. Classes at Lord Defenders. 
7:26 : 12th Night, wants to do a Welcome table at the event much like Adiantum did at theirs last year. Want shelp with banners etc. We have access to the event page on Kingdom Calendar. It will be located in Bellevue. Initial ocntact info will be upoaded no later than March 19th. We will be able to submit for Event Insurance. We don't just have Hilton for Rooms but also the Lyons. Prereg will be up after September Crown. Electronic payment will be through Zettle and will be arranged closer to event. Contact Master Arontius if you have any questions. They need Decorations Coordinator and Martialate Coordinator.  
7:33 : How many Rooms is asked about? 138 Available at Hilton. A ittle less at the Red Lion. 
7:34 : Harvest Feast. Question about site contract. There is a question on, but answers have not been found as of yet. 
7:34 : Other Business. Seneschal, polling is coming up very soon. Should be on Kingdom Crier anouncements. There are at least 3 couples intested. Deadline si May 15th. 
7:35 : Chamberlain. Nothing new to report. 
7:35 : Gold Key. Fabric was donated and ear marked for Gold Key production. Gonna make some general surcoats and kirdles out of it. On search for free collapsable clothes hangie thing. 
7:37 : More Seneschal business. If one hears things on other people's Facebooks. Do not share it on official Baronial anything. IE something bad has happened. Bring it to Seneschal, but leave it off Social Media. It stays on Personal pages on in Private Conversations. 
7:38 : Their Excellencies. His Excellency understnad submissions for Polling is now open. Deadline mentioned again. Please if interested submit thine paperwork.
